Hey, I’m an award-winning interaction (UX/UI) designer, full stack developer and creative technologist for mobile / web projects.

Past work in visual design and art direction for a variety of design agencies and animated, educational videos for the Large Hadron Collider at CERN.

I’ve spoken at The White House, Harvard University, Rutgers, Schloss Dagstuhl, etc. on the future of technology/design.

Work Featured in:
New York Times, Fast Company, New Yorker, WIRED, VICE, Venture Beat, Core77, MIT Technology Review, Mashable, Forbes, Washington Post, an Italian public TV documentary, Boing Boing, Laughing Squid, Urban Omnibus and more.

I co-founded a startup, Interface Foundry – check us out: http://interfacefoundry.com

Current research: Networked interactions within the hybrid data space between the physical and the digital world, emerging through ‘slow’ design and ubiquitous, mobile devices. What narratives, emotional relationships, rituals, and language form among users in this geo-spatial and temporal ecosystem?

Side projects: Interactive narratives around quantum entanglement and new digital ecologies to study unpredictable machine behavior. I’m usually cooking with SE Asian and Mexican flavors, and experimenting with new recipes.
